Prawn Mee

Shun Li Prawn Noodle serves prawn mee with the usual selection of noodles, in soup or dry versions. Above is their soup version with yellow noodles and thick mee hoon. This bowl of prawn mee comes with slices of prawns and pork, and topped with some fried shallots.

The prawns are a bit smallish in size but still decent. The pork is firm and meaty. The mixture of yellow noodles and thick mee hoon is springy and comes with some bean sprouts. As for the soup, it is quite nicely flavoured with a slight tint of sweet. Tastes decent.
