Wanton Mee.

The wanton mee features sweet and meaty char siew slices, crispy fried wanton with soft filling and a stalk of vegetable, served on a plate of tossed noodles, with a small bowl of flavourful soup provided on the side. The noodles is firm and springy, with a savoury seasoning. The fried egg with cooked yolk and crispy whites, is an extra add-on.

This serving of wanton mee tastes decent.

Braised Chicken.

The braised chicken is meaty, attached with a chewy skin. The rice is fairly firm and flavourful. A stalk of vegetable and some crispy pork lard are provided on the sides. An optional limey chilli sauce is also available.
