Chwee Kueh

Sims Place Chwee Kueh does chwee kueh with a soft rice cake that is flavourful with a very slight hint of savouriness. Its chye poh topping is lightly savoury with a note of sweet, and isn’t overly oily.

Personally, I prefer the rice cake to be a bit firmer and springy. However I like the flavourfulness of this chwee kueh. It is nice.
