Char Siew & Siu Yuk

Sinful Roast does charcoal roasted char siew and siu yuk served with rice or noodles.

The char siew is soft and meaty with nice sticky and sweet caramelised edges. It is good! Likewise for the siu yuk, it is soft and meaty, and its skin is truly crispy. Amazingly good!

The slices of meat are served on a plate of firm and flavourful rice with some sweet sauce added. A bowl of nicely flavoured pork ribs soup is provided on the side. An optional garlicky tasting chilli sauce is also available.

This plate of char siew and siu yuk rice is absolutely enjoyable. I like it!
