Singapore Famous Rojak

is a somewhat popular stall selling rojak. Quite ordinary though.

Rojak

Singapore Famous Rojak is a somewhat popular stall selling rojak. This rojak contains slices of cucumber, pineapple, pear with you tiao and tau pok pieces mixed in a rojak sauce with some bean sprouts added, and topped with some grated peanuts.

The cucumber, pineapple and pear slices are quite juicy. However the you tiao and tau pok pieces are soft and isn’t crispy. The sweet tasting rojak sauce is quite watery and you can actually taste the added sugar.

In my opinion, this plate of rojak isn’t bad but it is not exactly good either. It is fairly decent but quire ordinary.
