The sliced prawns are of decent size and freshness. The pork slices are firm and meaty, and the fish cake slices are smooth and springy. The tossed mee kia is topped with fried shallots and crispy pork lard. It is springy with decent seasoning flavours, and comes some bean sprouts. A bowl of flavourful soup with prawn flavours, is provided on the side.
