Soon Huat Teochew Satay Beehoon serves satay bee hoon containing slices of cuttlefish, pork, pork liver and tau pok with some vegetables, bean sprouts and see hum added. Satay sauce is then added to the plate of mee hoon.

The cuttlefish is soft, and the see hum is quite decent. The pork is soft and meaty, and the pork liver is nicely done without any gamey taste. The tau pok is soft and has nice flavours of the satay sauce. Likewise for the mee hoon, it is soaking with the goodness of the satay sauce. The satay sauce is mildly spicy and nutty. It is tasty!
