Tampoi Ah B Wanton Noodles serves two styles of wanton mee, with or without black sauce. Their wanton mee set comes with a plate of tossed noodles topped with slices of char siew, a bowl of wanton soup and a side of fried wanton.

The char siew slices are lean and meaty with a mild note of sweetness. The soup wanton has a soft skin wrapping around a soft, meaty and flavourful minced meat filling. Its soup has nice savoury flavours. The fried wanton has a crispy skin with soft, meaty and flavourful minced meat filling. Both types of wanton are nice.

The tossed noodles is firm and springy, available with either black sauce seasoning or without. The black sauce version has nice seasoning flavours, while the white version offers nice savoury flavours. The noodles are topped with chopped spring onions and optional cripsy pork lard. Both versions are nice and enjoyable.
