Fried Hokkien Mee.

Teck Kee Cooked Food dishes out wet type of fried hokkien mee with prawns, sotong and pork belly. A mixture of yellow noodles and thick mee hoon is wok-fried with egg and bean sprouts, then simmered in a flavourful broth. This results in a wet serving of fried hokkien mee.

The prawn is decent size and tastes decently fresh, the sotong is soft and chewy, and the pork belly is firm and meaty with some soft fatty parts. The fried noodles is springy and is pleasantly flavoured. A dollop of slightly sweet and slight savoury tasting chilli paste, and a piece of green lime are provided on the side.

This serving of friend hokkien mee tastes not bad.
