Wanton Mee

The Famous Wanton Noodle dishes out wanton mee with slices of char siew, some vegetables and fried crispy wanton skin served on a bowl of tossed noodles with a bowl of wanton soup served on the side. The fried wanton is an extra add-on.

The tossed noodles is firm and springy. It is tossed in a black sauce seasoning with some fried shallot oil. Tastes nice! The char siew is lean and meaty with a nice sweet taste. The fried wanton skin is crispy. Likewise for the fried wanton, crispy skin and nicely flavoured meat filling. The soup wanton has a soft skin with nicely flavoured meat filling, served in a bowl of ikan bilis flavoured soup.

This serving of wanton mee is nice!

Chicken cutlet curry hor fun or noodles is available as well. The chicken cutlet has nice savoury seasoning flavours. Its meat is soft and meaty and its batter is crispy. The chicken skin is crispy and flavourful. Very nice! These are served in a bowl of hor fun with curry sauce added. The hor fun is rather smooth and the curry sauce is flavourful with a mild tint of sweet. Some vegetables is included as well.
