Rojak

Tian Tian Xiang Rojak does rojak with the usual you tiao, tau pok, cucumber and pineapple slices with some bean sprouts.

The you tiao and tau pok were toasted before cutting up into smaller pieces and mixed with the rojak sauce. You tiao is quite crispy but the tau pok is a bit lacking and is still kind of soft. There isn’t much sauce for this rojak but enough to coat the various bits and pieces. It is topped with crushed peanuts. Tastes quite nice and not too sweet. Quite likeable.
