Min Chiang Kueh

The min chiang kueh is available with choice of 3 fillings: coconut, peanuts and red bean. 2 versions of batter is available, the regular ones and the ones using brown rice. Above is the brown rice version.

The min chiang kueh is soft and springy with slightly crispy edges. The coconut filling is moist and crunchy with a nice sweet taste. The peanuts version has crunchy grated peanuts with sugar. The red bean ones has nice soft red bean paste. All 3 fillings are sweet tasting but not too sweet. Rather nice and likeable,

Pancake

Pancakes with different fillings is available as well. Above is their cheese pancake which comes with a small amount of melted soft cheese as its filling, in a soft chewy pancake crust. Decent.
