REVIEW

🖓 Lousy

Tiong Shian Porridge Centre

is way overrated for their frog porridge. Actually quite bad and tasteless.

Claypot Frog Legs

This frog legs are cooked kung pao style. However the sauce is quite bland and tasteless. The frog legs has a poor rough texture and chewy. It tastes more like badly cooked chicken meat than smooth frog legs. Fail.

Claypot Pig Liver

This pork liver is done kung pao style as well. Similarly the sauce is quite bland and tasteless, a big failure. The liver itself is decent. Not over cooked, but lacking in taste.

Fried Pig Intestine

The pig intestine is fairly crispy but it is pre-cooked and probably has been left out for a while as it is cold when served. Likewise, it is lacking in flavours and tastes rather flat.

Porridge

Finally something decent. The porridge is fairly smooth and warm, but as usual it is lacking in flavours. This is literally a plain porridge in every sense.

This store is simply a waste of my limited stomach quota. Next one please!
