Yong Tau Foo

Bai Nian Niang Dou Fu serves probably one of the best yong tau foo in Singapore. It comes with an assortment of pork meat, fish meat, prawn meat, bitter gourd and tofu pieces. Served with mee hoon in a bowl of tasty soy bean and ikan bilis based soup, and topped with lots of chopped spring onions.

The pork meat and prawn meat are especially good. They are tender and soft, flavourful too. A small saucer with a chilli sauce and sweet sauce combo dipping sauce is served on the side.

This bowl of yong tau foo is absolutely delicious. Good!

Fried Chicken Wing

The fried chicken wing has a nice crispy batter with nice savoury flavoured seasoning. It has moist and juicy meat. Likeable.
