Lor Mee.

The deluxe lor mee, as shown above, features shredded batang fish meat, ngo hiang slices, pork belly slices, meatballs, and half a braised egg, served with thick yellow noodles and bean sprouts in a starchy and mildly sweet braised sauce.

The shredded fish meat is moist and soft, the ngo hiang is soft and fairly flavourful, and the pork belly is tender with soft fatty parts. The fried meatball has soft and meaty minced meat with pleasant flavours. The braised egg is firm and tastes decent. An optional dried shrimp flavoured chilli paste can be added to the lor mee.

This bowl of lor mee tastes rather decent.
