Rojak

Traditional Rojak serves rojak with pieces of you tiao, tau pok, cucumber, pineapple and pear. These are tossed in a thick rojak sauce with some bean sprouts and grated peanuts, and topped with even more grated peanuts when served.

Both the you tiao and tau pok are air fried until they are really crispy. The cucumber is juicy and crunchy, the pineapple and pear are both sweet and juicy. These are tossed in a fairly thick rojak sauce with some bean sprouts and grated peanuts. The sauce is not too sweet and not too watery, it is just right. The rojak is served with more grated peanuts topping. Nice!
