Soya Sauce Chicken Noodles

Upp Cross St Soya Sauce Chicken Noodle & Rice does soya sauce chicken served with either noodles or rice. Seen here is their soya sauce chicken noodles with dumplings added.

The noodles are firm and springy with decently nice soya sauce seasoning flavours. The soya sauce chicken meat is soft and moist and its skin is soft and flavourful. As for the dumplings, it has soft skin wrapping a savoury tasting meat filling with bits of water chestnut and mushroom, served in a savoury tasting soup.

This serving of soya sauce chicken noodles is a rather decent one.
