Xiao Long Bao

This xiao lao bao has a thin and chewy skin containing savoury tasting and juicy meat filling. The soup contained within its skin literally explores in one’s mouth. Definitely good!

Guo Tie

For the guo tie, it has a thin chewy skin. Its bottom is pan fried to a nice crisp and its top is soft and chewy. Contains tasty and juicy meat filling inside. Lovely!

Dumplings

For the dumplings, these are boiled instead of pan fried. It has a nice thin chewy skin outside with savoury tasting juicy meat filling inside. Tastes really nice! I like it.
