Pork Porridge

Wang Wang Congee serves porridge with various meat options. Seen here is their pork porridge with a raw egg added.

This bowl of congee comes with firm meaty slices of pork meat. Soft and meaty bits of minced pork is included as well. The congee itself is smooth and has nice savoury flavours. The added raw egg makes the porridge tastes even smoother. It comes topped with chopped spring onions and a few pieces of you tiao which is soft. It would have been really nice if the you tiao is crispy. Nevertheless, this bowl of pork porridge is flavourful and likeably good.
