Fried Carrot Cake

Wei Wei Carrot Cake does fairy decent tasting fried carrot cake in both white and black versions.

This carrot cake uses longish cubes of radish cakes. The white ones are pan fried in a flat pancake style. Eggs are mildly crispy but the radish cubes are not. Likewise for the black ones, the radish cubes are not crispy at all. Although these are not crispy, they taste pretty decent. The black ones have a sweet taste coming from the added sweet sauce. Both versions are likeable though personally I prefer the white ones over the black ones here.
