Nasi Lemak

Wonderful Grab & Go sells a couple of nasi lemak sets or you can go a la carte. Shown here is their nasi lemak set with fried egg, fried chicken wing and ikan bilis and peanuts.

The rice has a nice firm texture, is fairly fragrant and decent coconut milk flavours. The fried egg has soft egg yolk and crispy whites. The fried chicken wing has moist meat and taste decent but its skin is soft and isn’t crispy. Ikan bilis and peanuts are crunchy and crispy. The plate of nasi lemak comes served with a spicy chilli sauce on the side.

Although this nasi lemak is rather normal but it is still rather likeable.
