Fried Oyster Omelette
Xing Li Cooked Food dishes out fried oyster omelette with slightly wet and moist eggs, and juicy oysters, topped with strips of spring onions. Some chilli paste is added to the fried egg giving it nice flavourings of dried shrimp. The chilli dip on the side has a limey taste that goes nicely with the oysters.
This fried oyster omelette is lightly fragrant with likeable flavours. Personally I prefer the dry and crispy type of fried oyster omelette, but this is quite nice too.
