Char Siew, Siu Yuk & Char Siew Chicken Wing Rice

Yu’s Roasted Delicacies does siu mei with the regular choice of roasted meats. Seen above is their char siew, siu yuk and char siew chicken wing with rice.

The char siew is mostly lean meat. It is soft and meaty with sweet and savoury flavours. The siu yuk is meaty with a light savoury taste and crispy skin. The char siew chicken wing has soft moist meat that is glazed with a nice sweet tasting char siew sauce. It is nice.

These are served on a plate of plain white rice with a sweet tasting braised sauce added, and served with a few slices of cucumber. An optional limey and spicy chilli sauce is available as well.

This plate of char siew and siu yuk rice with added char siew chicken wing is nice. I like it.
