Tau Suan
The tau suan features soft mung bean in a thick, starchy sauce with a subtle sweet note. Crispy you tiao pieces are added on top, providing a nice contrast to the soft mung bean. It is truly delightful!
Bubur Terigu
The traditional dessert bubur terigu consists of soft white wheat cooked in a mildly sweet-tasting soup. The addition of coconut milk further enhances its flavours. Not bad.
Pulut Hitam
The pulut hitam is characterised by soft black glutinious rice that is slightly sticky and has a slightly sweet taste. It contains a few pieces of crunchy longan, and the addition of coconut milk adds more depth to its flavours. This serving of pulut hitam is absolutely enjoyable!
Green Bean & Sago
This green bean dessert has soft green beans with soft sago in a thick sweet-tasting soup. The added coconut milk further enhances its flavours. Nice!
