Mount Faber Chicken Wing Satay does nice BBQ chicken wings. It has a lightly savoury taste and moist flesh. The chicken skin is juicy and mildly crispy. Comes with a garlic chilli dipping sauce on the side. This is very likeable.

Satay
Mount Faber Chicken Wing Satay sells satay with choice of pork, chicken and mutton. The satay uses a mildly sweet tasting marinate which tastes nice when the satay meat is slightly charred.
The pork satay has a piece of fatty pork in between of two small pieces of meat. It is tender and the fat helps makes it tastes juicy. Likewise for the chicken satay. It is tender and moist with nice flavours. As for the mutton satay, the meat is surprisingly soft and tender with no gamey tastes at all. Mildly sweet taste like the others.
The satay comes with a bowl of light spicy satay sauce that is thick with strong intense peanut flavours. Nice!
Otah
Mount Faber Chicken Wing Satay sells otah too. This otah has spicy and smokey flavours. Tastes quite alright.
