Fishball, Meatball, Squid Ball Noodles

Maxwell 83 Teochew Hand Made Ball does handmade fishball, meatball and squid ball with choice of noodles. Seen here is a bit of everything with mee pok noodles.

First, the handmade balls. The fishball is soft, smooth and springy with decent flavours. The meatball is meaty and soft with a savoury taste. The squid ball is firm and springy. It has a nice squid flavourings and a bit heavy on its savoury tastes. All 3 handmade balls are rather decent but nothing extraordinary.

Besides the handmade balls, the bowl of nicely flavoured soup comes with fish cake slices, pork slices, fish dumpling and some vegetables. Just like their fishball, the fish cake is soft and smooth. The pork is soft and meaty, and the fish dumpling is smooth and soft with nice flavourings. Decent as well.

As for the bowl of mee pok, it comes with some bean sprouts, crispy lard pieces and topped with chopped spring onions. The noodles itself is a bit soft but still fairly springy with decent seasoning flavours. Just like the rest, this bowl of mee pok noodles is just decent too and nothing extraordinary.
