Char Siew, Roast Pork

Tian Le Hong Kong Soy Sauce Chicken Rice & Noodle also sells char siew and siu yuk. Shown here is with rice.

The rice provided is plain white rice, not flavoured chicken rice. The char siew is tender and with a sweet taste. It is not charred and fatty though. Likewise the roast pork siu yuk is tender with slightly crispy skin, and not salty. Comes with a bowl of soup on the side and a nice limey chilli sauce.Not the best char siew and siu yuk around, but still decent.
