Nasi Lemak

Wing Liao Lor sells a few different nasi lemak sets. This one comes with an egg omelette, fried curry chicken wing an otah, with fried egg bits and luncheon meat added as extras.

The rice is fairly fragrant with nice flavours of coconut milk. Luncheon meat and egg omelette are the regular ones. The fried chicken wing is crispy outside and moist inside with nice flavours of curry. The fried egg bits are crispy and rather nice. As for the otah, it is spicy with nice smokey flavours and can taste some fish meat chunks within.

This nasi lemak comes served with a sweet tasting chilli on the side with a couple of cucumber slices. I quite like this.

Mee Siam

This mee siam comes with pieces of tau pok, fried egg bits and boiled egg. Its gravy has nice flavours, a bit limey and not spicy at all. Worth mentioning is, the tau pok pieces are crispy. Very nice! Comes with a sweet tasting chilli on the side. Recommended.

Lontong

This lontong has an assortment of vegetables that are simmered in a nicely flavoured curry gravy. The vegetables are soft and the rice cake has a nice firm texture. Comes with fried tofu with fried chewy skin and is fairly smooth inside. Comes with a dollop of sweet tasting chilli. Nice.n

Chicken Cutlet

Fried chicken cutlet with fries is sold here too, with a choice of salted egg, cheese and black pepper sauce. Seen here is with cheese dip and truffle fries. The chicken cutlet has nice flavours, is crispy and juicy with airy crispy chicken skin. Tastes really nice with the cheese dip. As for the truffle fries, it has some grated cheese with light truffle flavours. Decent.

Har Cheong Gai

This har cheong gai is marinated with fermented prawn paste. It is crispy outside and juicy inside. Nice prawn paste flavours, but a bit too salty though. Comes served with lightly salted crispy fries.
