ABC Brickworks Food Centre Singapore

Wow Wow West Genuine

is a popular western food stall. Generous portions but dry and coarse meats. Seriously overrated.

Pork Chop

This pork chop has decently nice savoury tasting seasoning flavours, and decent portions. Its meat is soft and meaty but unfortunately quite dry and coarse. Comes served with crispy fries, crunchy coleslaw and baked beans on the side. This pork chop is just average.

Chicken Chop

This chicken chop is grilled with mildly crispy outsides. It is meaty with decent seasoning flavours and its skin is chewy and slightly crispy. Portions are generous too. Unfortunately it is quite poorly grilled and is charred, giving it a bad burnt taste. Just like the pork chop, its meat is dry and coarse as well. Thumbs down. Comes served with the usual fries, coleslaw and baked beans.

Chicken Cutlet

Instead of grill, deep fried chicken cutlet is available as well. It is a large stab of chicken meat that has a nice crispy breaded crust outside. Its meat is meaty and dry. Its skin is crispy but somewhat thick and chewy. Comes with a dollop of thousand island sauce which helps lessen its dryness. Comes with a serving of fries, coleslaw and baked beans. This chicken cutlet is way too dry for my liking.

Fish & Chips

This fish and chips comes with a large thick stab of fish that has a nicely breaded crispy crust and served with a wedge of lemon and a dollop of thousand island sauce. Its meat is soft and unfortunately quite dry. The lemon and thousand island sauce doesn’t help much either. This isn’t exactly outright bad, but definitely not to my liking. Probably at most, just average.
