Prawn Mee

Covent Garden Prawn Noodle serves prawn mee with choice of noodles in either soup or dry versions. Seen here is their dry version of prawn mee with yellow noodles.

This prawn mee contains prawn slices, fish cake slices and pork slices, in a bowl of tossed yellow noodles with some bean sprouts, and topped with fried shallots and crispy lard pieces. It is served with a small bowl of nicely flavoured prawn soup with distinctive tastes of prawn shells.

The yellow noodles is quite firm and springy. The slices of prawns are rather small in size but still decent. The pork slices are meaty and the fish cake slices are springy.

All in all, this prawn mee is decently nice and quite likeable. Thumbs up.
