Double Fish Soup

ABC Deji Fish Head Bee Hoon serves an assortment of fish soups. Seen here is their double fish soup with thick mee hoon. This bowl of double fish soup comes with both sliced fish and fried fish meat, with some vegetables and tomato, topped with ikan bilis and fried shallots.

The sliced fish is not exactly smooth but still decent. The fried fish meat is meaty and has decent savoury flavours, not crispy though. The ikan bilis is crispy nice but gets soft quickly soaking in the soup. The fish soup is light with nice flavourings. This serving of double fish mee hoon is decently nice.
