Fish Soup
This bowl of fish soup comes with sliced fish with some vegetables and thick mee hoon.
The fish slices are soft and smooth with slightly savoury seasoning flavours. The parts with fish skin attached is really nice. The thick mee hoon is springy, and the fish soup is very nicely flavoured. It is served with some vegetables and topped with some fried shallots. Very nice!
