Assorted Hor Fun

This serving of assorted hor fun comes with a bit of everything – prawns, pork and fish slices, served with wok fried hor fun in a bowl of nicely flavoured sauce.

The hor fun is first wok fried, giving it nice smokey wok hei flavours. A slightly starchy nicely flavoured sauce with adds and some vegetables is added to the hor fun and topped with some crispy lard pieces. The fish slices are rather smooth and the prawns tastes fairly fresh. The pork slices are soft, tender and juicy.

This hor fun is definitely good. I like it.

Beef Hor Fun

This beef hor fun comes with smooth and tender slices of beef. The hor fun has very nice smokey flavours of wok hei, and nicely flavoured lightly starchy sauce with some vegetables and egg, topped with crispy lard pieces. This serving of beef hor fun is truly enjoyable. I like it too.

Seafood Fried Rice

This plate of seafood fried rice smells fragrant. The fried rice is nicely flavoured with a decently dry texture. It contains bits of fish meat, prawn bits, some chopped spring onions and egg. In my opinion, their hor fun is definitely much better but this fried rice is quite likeable too.
