Signature Mee Pok

Minced Pork Bros serves a selection of minced pork noodles. Seen here is their signature mee pok, which comes with a bowl of mee pok and a bowl of soup containing minced pork, pork slices, meatball, prawn ball, abalone and some vegetables.

First off, the mee pok. The noodles is tossed in a vinegar based seasoning and crispy lard. It is smooth and springy and has nice savoury tastes.

Next, the soup. It is nicely flavoured containing minced pork bits, pork slices, meatball, prawn ball, abalone and some vegetables. The pork slices are soft and meaty with a savoury taste. The meatball is soft and springy with nice flavours. Likewise, the prawn ball has nice flavours with bits of prawn meat and tastes good. Also included is a tiny piece of abalone that is decently soft.

This serving of signature mee pok is very enjoyable. I like it. Thumbs up!
