Minced Meat & Pork Ball Noodles

Meng Kee Minced Meat Noodle does a selection of fishball and minced meat noodles. Above is their minced meat and pork ball mee pok with fuzhou fishballs added.

The mee pok noodles is cooked slightly softer but still decently firm and smooth. It has nice seasoning flavours and is topped by lots of soft and meaty minced meat bits and fried shallots. On the side is a bowl of savoury tasting soup containing some fried shallots and minced meat bits. The pork balls and added fuzhou fishballs are served in this bowl of soup.

The pork ball is soft with a nice savoury and meaty flavour. The fuzhou fishball is soft with a very flavourful meat filling that has flavours of chinese rice wine seasoning. It is good, and I recommend adding the fuzhou fishballs as extras. Thumbs up!
