Porridge

Soon Lee Porridge does a trio of porridge with options for pork, chicken or fish. Shown here is their pork porridge with a raw egg added. This bowl of pork porridge comes with pork balls, pork slices and pig liver slices, topped with chye poh, fried shallots and chopped spring onions.

The pork ball is soft and meaty with nice savoury flavours. Both the pork and liver slices are firm and meaty, quite decent. As for the porridge, it is rather smooth with the raw egg mixed into the porridge and has nice savoury flavours. You can add extra soya sauce and pepper to your own liking.

This bowl of pork porridge is a decent one. I like it.
