Hong Ji Porridge does the usual selection of porridge. Shown here is their meatball porridge with a raw egg added.

This meatballs are soft and meaty with nice seasoning flavours. The porridge is quite smooth and has decent tastes. The added raw egg makes it tastes even smoother and is recommended. The porridge is topped with fried shallots, chopped spring onions and some pieces of you tiao.

This is quite a fairly likeable bowl of porridge.
