Wanton Mee

51 Ming Fa Wanton Egg Noodle serves wanton mee with the usual char siew slices on a plate of tossed noodles and a bowl of wanton soup on the side.

The slices of char siew are the lean meat type. It is sweet and meaty. The wanton has nice soft skin with nice savoury tasting meat filling. The soup is nicely flavoured with a hint of pepper and contains some fried shallots.

As for the noodles, it is the star here. The noodles is firm and springy, tossed in a tasty sweet and flavourful black sauce seasoning. Includes some crispy lard pieces and served with some vegetables.

This wanton mee is good! I like it.
