Hainanese Chicken

Tong Fong Fatt Hainanese Boneless Chicken Rice is yummy! This Hainanese chicken rice comes with a plate of rice, a plate of boneless Hainanese chicken meat, a small bowl of soup and chilli sauce.

The rice, which is cooked in chicken oil, isn’t oily and tastes flavourful with a hint of ginger. The chicken meat is soft and tender with smooth and soft skin. The pieces of chicken are deboned and put on a plate with a mixture of soy sauce and oil. The seasoning sauce has a slightly sweet taste and blends really well with the tender chicken meat. On the side is a small bowl of nicely flavoured chicken soup and a spicy and garlicky tasting chilli sauce.

This hainanese chicken rice is good! I like it.
