Min Chiang Kueh

Soon Soon Traditional Pancake does min chiang kueh in 2 flavours – coconut and peanut.

The min chiang kueh has a nice fragrant scent. It is rather soft and springy with crispy edges. The coconut filling tastes fresh and is just very lightly sweet. The peanut filling is finely grated with some added sugar. It is crunchy with a nice sweet taste. Both are nice. I like it.
