does siu mei with the usual choices of roast meats. Served with rice or noodles. Good!

Char Siew & Siu Yuk Rice

The slices of char siew and siu yuk are served on a plate of firm white rice with a slightly sweet tasting braised sauce added. The char siew is soft and meaty with a sweet taste. The caramelised parts are nice! The siu yuk is soft and meaty with a savoury taste. It has a nice crispy skin. Both are good! Comes with an optional chilli sauce on the side.

Wanton Mee

Noodles is also served here. Seen above is their wanton mee which comes with slices of char siew served on a plate of tossed noodles and a bowl of wanton soup.

The tossed noodles is firm and springy with nice seasoning flavours. Comes with bits of crispy lard, some vegetables and a dollop of spicy chilli paste that blends well with the nooodles. The char siew is soft and meaty with a nice sweet taste. The wanton has a soft skin with nicely flavoured soft meat filling. Its soup has very nice flavours of shrimp roe. I like this too. Personally I find their noodles is tastier than their rice. Thumbs up!
