Wanton Mee

The Famous Wanton Noodle dishes out wanton mee with slices of char siew, some vegetables and fried crispy wanton skin served on a bowl of tossed noodles with a bowl of wanton soup served on the side. The fried wanton is an extra add-on.

The tossed noodles is firm and springy. It is tossed in a black sauce seasoning with some fried shallot oil. Tastes nice! The char siew is lean and meaty with a nice sweet taste. The fried wanton skin is crispy. Likewise for the fried wanton, crispy skin and nicely flavoured meat filling. The soup wanton has a soft skin with nicely flavoured meat filling, served in a bowl of ikan bilis flavoured soup.

This serving of wanton mee is nice!
