Ban Mian

Kung Fu Noodles is a stall that serves up pretty decent Kuala Lumpur styled handmade noodles. Shown here is the ban mian version which is thicker. It comes with a bowl of ikan bilis flavoured soup and chicken rice type of garlic chilli sauce on the side.

The noodles are springy and mixed with a dark soya sauce based seasoning. Its flavours are quite good, however it can get a bit salty towards the end where the dark soya sauce soaks the noodles. With the noodles are minced meat, ikan bilis, meat balls and fried fuzhu. The ikan bilis and fried fuzhu are crispy, and the meat balls are juicy and tender. Quite a nice bowl of noodles.
