This curry puff contains a filling of curry potato, chicken meat and a slice of boiled egg. The curry potato and chicken has nice curry flavours with a light tint of spiciness. The crust is not the thin type but not overly thick either. It is crispy but a tad oily. This curry puff tastes nice. I like it.
Instead of curry potato and chicken meat filling, the sardine puff comes with chunks of sardine meat and some onion bits inside. The sardine filling has a spicy and slightly sweet taste. Same crispy crust that isn’t overly thick. I like this one too.
This yam puff uses a filling containing yam paste, ginkgo nuts, pumpkin seeds and some sesame seeds. Both the yam paste and ginkgo nuts are soft. The crunchy pumpkin seeds provides a nice contrast among the softness. The yam puff has rather decent flavours too. It is a good alternative for a non-spicy puff.
