Fried Hokkien Mee

Nam Kee Fried Prawn Noodle stirs up quite a likeable fried Hokkien mee. It comes with the usual sotong and prawns, and a piece of lime and chilli on the sides. The chilli has a salty taste and tastes of dried shrimps. This fried Hokkien mee has a nice yellow noodles to mee hoon ratio soaking in a wet broth, with nice flavourings and no hint of alkaline tastes. The noodles are still springy too. I quite like this.
