Ah Fatt Fishball Noodle

does handmade fishball, meatball and fish cake with choice of noodles. Handmade stuff are nice.

Minced Meat & Fishball Noodles

Ah Fatt Fishball Noodle does handmade fishball, meatball and fish cake with choice of noodles. Seen above is their minced meat fishball mee pok with a fish cake added.

The handmade fishball is soft and smooth with a slightly savoury taste and tastes of fish. The handmade meatball is soft and smooth too, with a slightly firmer texture compared to the fishball. It has a light savoury and meaty taste. The meatball contains tiny bits of spring onions and chilli giving it a very faint note of spicy. As for the handmade fish cake, just like the fishball, it is soft and smooth with a firm and springy skin. The fish cake has a nice savoury taste and is recommended as an add-on.

Now for the noodles. The mee pok is somewhat firm and springy, decently smooth too. Uses a vinegar seasoning and tossed with some crispy lard pieces. Not exactly good and flavourful but can be considered decent. It comes served with a bowl of savoury tasting soup on the side.

The handmade fishball, meatball and fish cake are nice and likeable. My good rating goes out to these 3.
