Fishball Noodles

Ming Fa Fishball dishes out a variety of fishball noodles. Seen here is their mee pok with extra meatball and fuzhou fishball added.

The mee pok is tossed with vinegar, chilli and crispy lard, and is topped with vegetables and chopped spring onions. It is springy and has a dry texture. Decently nice.

Comes served with a bowl of savoury tasting soup containing: fishballs, fish cake slices and fish dumpling. The meatballs and fuzhou fishballs are extra add ons.

The fishball is springy and smooth with nice savoury flavours. Likewise the fish cake is soft and smooth. The fish dumpling is smooth and chewy with moist meat filling inside, tastes nice. The meatball is springy as well with nice meaty and savoury tastes. As for the fuzhou fishball, it is springy with juicy meat filling. So juicy that it explodes when you bite into it. Really nice. Highly recommended to add extras.

This is definitely a very lovely bowl of mee pok. Truly enjoyable, especially its fuzhou fishballs. Good.
