Braised Duck & Braised Pork

An Kee Braised Duck Rice sells braised duck, braised pork belly and some braised sides with rice and noodles. Seen here is their braised duck rice with braised pork belly added.

This plate of braised duck rice uses braised rice that is firm with a hint of braised flavours. The braised duck meat is soft and meaty with soft and flavourful skin. Likewise for the braised pork belly, it is soft and meaty with fatty bits. Both meats are decently nice.

It comes served with a bowl of savoury flavoured soup. 2 types of chilli is available: a watery limey tasting chilli sauce and a dried shrimp flavoured chilli paste. Both are rather nice and goes well with the meats.

This braised duck and braised pork rice tastes decent. I quite like it.
