Crispy Chicken Rice
Aspirasi Chicken Rice serves crispy chicken rice with options for sambal sauce, black pepper sauce, sweet sour sauce, lemon sauce, or on its own. The crispy chicken rice comes with a serving of fried chicken, flavoured rice and a bowl of soup.
The fried chicken has a nice crispy batter and moist meat with nice flavourings. Its chicken skin is crispy and nice. You can also add extra crispy fried batter bits to your chicken giving it an extra crunch. The optional black pepper sauce seen above has nice peppery taste and a tint of sweet.
The rice has a fairly firm texture and is flavourful. The soup has a light savoury taste and is decent too. An optional limey and mildly garlicky chilli sauce can be included on the side.
This crispy chicken rice is nice. I like it.
Crispy Chicken Fried Rice
Instead of the usual flavoured rice, you can also opt for their fried rice with crispy chicken. Seen above is their crispy chicken fried rice with sambal chilli sauce added.
The fried chicken as usual is nice. The added sambal gives it an extra kick of spiciness. As for the fried rice, it uses the same flavoured chicken rice wok fried with egg. Firm and fairly dry texture with nice flavours. I like this too. Thumbs up.
