Bedok 211 Hainanese Chicken Rice offers hainanese chicken and roast chicken served with rice and soup.

Both the hainanese chicken are boneless. They are moist and meaty. The hainanese chicken has a fairly smooth skin, while the roast chicken skin is rather flavourful. These are served on a plate with soya sauce seasoning added, along with a few slices of cucumber and topped with corriander leaves.

The rice is firm and flavourful, and the soup tastes savoury. An optional garlicky chilli sauce and ginger sauce are provided on the side, and both have a slight savoury taste.
